A1GP

A1GP is an international race competition that pits over 20 nations against each other in a series billed "The World Cup of Motorsport.". The concept of A1GP is to have nations competing in motosport on a level playing field. All teams use the same car and technology, meaning driver skill and pit team support play a much larger factor in performance.

The 2008/09 Season will be the fourth season of A1GP.

While the first three seasons have been great and New Zealand has performed well, season four is shaping up to be the best yet. Part of this is the introduction of the new A1GP car, powered by Ferrari.

Earl was the first driver for New Zealand to race the new Ferrari at the opening round at Zandvoort.
